Find your access email

Search the inbox you used at checkout for Sacred Willow or Your Willow Space. Check spam and promotions too. An order confirmation and an access email may arrive separately.

Still cannot find it?

Email Amanda with your order number, or the email address used at checkout. If you used Apple Hide My Email, include the relay address shown on your receipt. We will help locate your purchase and confirm access.

Please do not send passwords, full card numbers or bank details.

Save a recording to your device

Open the recording through your purchase access and use its download option. Device menus can vary.

• On iPhone or iPad: after downloading, open the Files app and look in Downloads. If the file opens in a browser, use Share, then Save to Files where available.
• On Android: open Files or My Files, then Downloads. Tap the saved audio file to play it.
• On a computer: open your Downloads folder and play the saved audio file. Keep a copy somewhere you can find again.

Orders, refunds and membership

Order history is available through your store account. For a refund, email Amanda and include your order number. For a membership change, use the subscription link in your order email or ask Amanda for help.
